Privacy Policy
O2Gym provides a private mobile service for gym members. Memberships and sign-in accounts are issued and managed by O2Gym; the App does not create a new membership or account.
Information we handle
- Member identity and contact details, profile photo and language.
- Membership, attendance, class, workout, progress, measurement and limited invoice-summary information connected to the signed-in member.
- Workout completion, notification preferences and read/open state.
- Support messages intentionally submitted by the member.
- Device and notification details needed for security and push delivery, including an app device ID, Firebase token, device/OS/App version, language, time zone and notification permission state.
The App does not contain advertising or analytics SDKs and does not intentionally collect precise location, contacts, advertising IDs or payment-card data.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate members; provide membership, training and support features; synchronize permitted changes; deliver service and optional promotional notifications; protect accounts; troubleshoot the service; and meet applicable operational or legal obligations.
Storage, disclosure and retention
Recent member information and permitted pending changes may be stored in the device's private App storage for offline use. Credentials use protected operating-system storage. Signing out removes credentials, private cache and pending local changes from that installation, but does not close a membership.
O2Gym does not sell member information or use it for third-party advertising. Service providers may process limited information on O2Gym's behalf, including Google Firebase for push delivery and infrastructure providers for secure hosting. Server records are kept only as needed for the membership service, security, support, disputes and applicable obligations.
Your choices and requests
You can control notification preferences, disable notifications at device level, and replace or delete your profile photo in the App. To request access, correction, deletion or membership-account closure, use in-App Support or the contact methods below. We verify requests before acting; some records may be retained where required for membership administration, security, disputes or law.

- بيانات الجهاز والإشعارات اللازمة للحماية والتوصيل، مثل معرف التطبيق ورمز Firebase وإصدارات الجهاز والنظام والتطبيق واللغة والمنطقة الزمنية.
لا يحتوي التطبيق على حزم إعلانات أو تحليلات، ولا يجمع عمدًا الموقع الدقيق أو جهات الاتصال أو معرفات الإعلانات أو بيانات بطاقات الدفع.
الاستخدام والتخزين والمشاركة
نستخدم البيانات للتحقق من العضو وتقديم خصائص العضوية والتدريب والدعم والمزامنة والإشعارات وحماية الحساب وتشغيل الخدمة. قد تُحفظ نسخة حديثة داخل مساحة التطبيق الخاصة للعمل دون اتصال. يمسح تسجيل الخروج بيانات الدخول والنسخ الخاصة والتغييرات المحلية المعلقة، لكنه لا يغلق العضوية.
لا يبيع O2Gym بيانات الأعضاء ولا يستخدمها لإعلانات جهات خارجية. قد يعالج مقدمو الخدمة بيانات محدودة نيابةً عنا، ومنهم Google Firebase للإشعارات ومقدمو الاستضافة الآمنة. تُحتفظ سجلات الخادم فقط بالقدر اللازم للخدمة والأمان والدعم والنزاعات والالتزامات المطبقة.
خياراتك وطلباتك
يمكنك إدارة الإشعارات وحذف أو استبدال صورتك من التطبيق. لطلب الوصول أو التصحيح أو الحذف أو إغلاق حساب العضوية، استخدم الدعم داخل التطبيق أو وسائل التواصل أدناه. نتحقق من هوية مقدم الطلب، وقد نحتفظ بما يلزم لإدارة العضوية أو الأمان أو النزاعات أو المتطلبات القانونية.
